Ryan began his career at the District as a seasonal technician in the summer of 2022. He was promoted as a full-time field technician in the spring of 2023. He grew up in Visalia where he graduated from Mt. Whitney High School. He was previously the shop foreman at Visalia Custom Chrome for 2 years.
